I dont know what to do. Im trying to have a positive attitude on everything but my mind keeps it getting on the negative side. Overthinking. Mga bagay na di naman problema pero iisipin ng iisipin. Like ang hirap. Masikip na ******. Puyat. Iiyak hanggang sa makatulog. Tapos magigising ng maaga iisip na ulit ng iisip. Lutang. Nagiging makakalimutin.
 
Relax lang lods, wag over thinking. Wag masyado mag isip ng mga bagay bagay, Mag meditate ka everyday para sa peace of mind :>
 
Also tried meditating but thoughts meep flodding on my mind. :( sobrang hirap sir. Like i dont really feel like telling someone about this pero feeling ko sagad na sagad na ako
 
Cant. Sila ung traditional kumbaga ang mentality. I tried but kaartihan lang sir and other non sympathetic words lang natanggap ko. Sorry sir ah 😢
 
Sa mga best friend mo, but if you can't do it, then you can tell us since we are a community, helping and building each other is our goal :>
 
Accept it, treat it as a furnace that is molding you for the future. So that next you encounter this situation you know what to do. Life itself is suffering. It's a matter of mindset. Think like this "Whatever comes my way, I'm gonna be okay."

Don't give a f* about things that don't matter. Life goes on. Also remember that one day we all die and at that time we can't feel pain. Feeling pain is the proof that you are ALIVE.

Ive been doing this for years eversince po nagstart ako magkaganito and it keeps me going pero iba po ngayon eh like i feel like im drowning na di katulad ng dati. Maramung salamat po sir sa payo nyo po huhu im gonna be ok 😭😭
 
Maraming salamat po. Thank you for reminding me hirap sir kase tlga pag andaming nasa isip mo yet you dont even know kung ano dahilan 😭
 
You need to find a reset button paps or comfort something. Maybe a squeezeball, or maybe reading a book, drinking coffee, anything to relieve your stress. It should not be in static dapat involve ang body movement and not just brain like self-hypnotism convincing yourself to think positive. And pwede rin to distract yourself, engage in new things etc. Madami kang pwedeng gawin. Pramis.
 
Medyo contradicting yung sinabi ko na dapat not be in static in which reading a book or drinking coffee is done basically in static XD Maybe incorporate something in between like maybe sit in a rocking chair while reading and drinking at the same time. Very therapeutic.
 
They have issues po eh na they need to resolve between them kaya ayoko na po dumagdag pa :( salamat tlga sir haaaa
 
Oyy hindi ah. 😆 Hindi ko naman ginagawa yang makinig ng mga kantang yan sa YøùTùbé na naka 1080p yung music video pati yung mga performance nila sa comeback stage. Hindi ko ginagawa yan no. 😂
