Hi po mga master. Pahelp po nito medyo sablay kasi sa grammar. Nosebleed na ako. Di ko kinaya hahaha 😁 TIA

Dear Mr. XXX,

Just to informed that we already received feedback from our supplier after sending all photos. The remarks of the supplier is the same remarks which we think about the reason of warping and sagging materials and considering the statement of the two installer specially during the removal of the panels. I believed that Mr. Xxxx informed you regarding the water that was dripping from each panel. It seems that some water was stocked inside the panel for a long period of time, that is why the color.of the panel is fading.

Our installer also checked the elevation of the concrete platform and they advise that everything is fine, the problem is when the pool is operational the water overflowed and it stays on the Joist and if the moisture cannot come out, the panel start to warp and the joist will gradually turn saggy , that’s the reason why some part of the poolside area specially on the middle is already saggy or warping.

We also checked from our other clients who have the same materials with the same batch, but no one complained so it means that the problem is not with the quality of the materials.

The lifespan of our WPC is 15 to 30 years given that the area of installation is in the right condition especially if the material is constantly flooded by water with chlorine. With that kind of condition there is no guarantee that it will works longer.

This project has became a big liability to us especially in this time of pandemic. We tried to fix it last year and shoulder.the expeses. We also tried to advised you after fixing it that the primary factor is the water that is constantly flooding the panel will gradualy degrade the lifespan of the panel.

This time we ask your understanding and cooperation. We are willing to share the cost and fix the issue but any new materials that will be needed for fixing will be charge to you. But we are willing to share 50% of all the cost for installer salary, toll gate and gasoline.

We need your cooperation, first we have to solve and avoid the water to overflow on the materials and prevent from staying longer. The materials is for outdoor (rain or shine) All the water that going through each panel and joist should disappear and not staying longer and if there is a good air flow between the panel the materials will last longer according to supplier lifespan. Any suggestion or any help we can to improve your pool drainage you can talk to Mr. Xxxx and his team they are willing to cooperate.

If we cannot fix this problem even after fixing it and there still problem after a few months or year then we cannot extend any warranty support anymore. We can still help to fix it but we will charge accordingly.

Please note that we are giving to all our clients normally 6 months’ warranty (case to case basis) and this is already almost 2 years but on this pandemic we want to extend our good gesture to you.

Please let us know your thoughts and we can arrange schedule anytime but I think right now is not a good idea since there are increasing number of cases we don’t want to endanger your family and our staff as well.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Regards,

Mr. XXXX
