nag type po ako sa cmd ng rd /s /q "WinDir" lang tapos biglang access denied lahat. Di rin makuha sa startup repair

rd = remove (delete) a directory.
/S = removes all directories and files in the specified directory in addition to the directory itself.
/Q = quiet mode
