im not an expert about making .ehi configs but i'll try to give you an idea
1st find a freesite in your network..
(a site that you can access even without load or promo)

try to connect data without load. observe if it will redirect to any site..
you can use google to find freesite search ["name of network" freesite ]
trial and error.
