Help: Linux for 2gb ram Intel Atom Tablet (Z3735F)

Got old 2gb ram windows tablet na Android and Windows dual boot, gusto ko sana gawing linux nalang.
posible ba?
kasi kahit simpleng typing delayed at ma lag na tlga.
gusto ko sana yng mababa tlga ang ram usage at mappagana parin touch screen with onscrn keyboard wifi at audio/disply driver.

kahit hindi built-in bsta may guide. mabilis ako umintindi at sumunod sa guide.

for as long as meron kang calibration data sa touch screen at gyro controls mo, pwede mo ma install kahit anong linux distro. Pero kung not interested ka naman to make touch screen and gyro working on linux, you can just literally follow the linux install guide for Intel Compute Stick. Medyo ma-aaning ka lang ng konti after install since naka portrait mode yung screen so kelangan mo pumunta sa setting at adjust mo yung position ng screen to landscape.

still, I highly recommend doing a full image backup ng current OS na naka install sa windows tablet mo, use something like acronis true image and use the bootable usb media. After that you can mess the tablet anyway you want.

Archcraft OS (Arch Linux based sya na OS pero noob friendly yung interface 300-500mb lang sa ram). Wag ka mag Debian based like Ubuntu kasi punong puno ng bloatware, kakainin lang storage and ram mo

thanks po sa mga nagreply at sorry ngayon ko lang nakita ito. nalimutan na kasi.

btw, useable na ulit yung tablet ko. After downgrading to windows 8.1, malag parin pero nun sinubukan ko gumamit ng older and unsigned intel atom driver gumanda na ulit performance and hindi na prone to thermal throttles.


hindi ko na masusubukan ang linux kasi hindi na nakakapag navigate sa UEFI to change boot priority, nasira ko yata after using dism mode of installation sa cmd which accidentally cleared everything.
