Boss paki clear ung tanong nyo sa model na binigay mo laptop ba yan o pocket wifi
Kung laptop nawala o nabura ung drivers na nagcoconect through wifi solosyon search google for available wlan driver or wifi driver.

Or other possible solution try this:
1.check Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager. May just need a driver update -- check the MSI support site.
2.Follow this sequence to reach Device Manager.
1. Click on Start Menu / Right-click on Computer / Click on Manage.
2. Click on Device Manager on the left column, and then double click on Network adapters.
3. You should see 2 adapters, double-click on your wireless adapter to enter property.
4. Go to Advanced tab, select Radio Power and make sure it's set to Enabled.
5. Try your wireless connectivity again.

If it's already enabled, just disble and enable ..

May corrupted driver ka dyan or outdated
Try this just in case

Common resolutions for Code 10 error
Try any of the following common resolutions to resolve the problem:
Update the drivers for this device

To do this, follow these steps:
In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
Follow the instructions to update the driver.
Note You may be prompted to provide the path of the driver. Windows may have the driver built-in, or the driver files may still be installed from the last time that you set up the device. If you are asked for the driver and you do not have it, you can try to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor's website.
Run an automated troubleshooting service

Run the Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows troubleshooter from the Microsoft Support website.
Additional troubleshooter for USB devices
If you encounter the Code 10 error on devices connected by using a USB port, you may also try the Diagnose and fix Windows USB problems automatically troubleshooter.

Pag wala pa rin need to bring it to the service center kasi iboot up nila yan.
