Android App HELP Google ACCOUNT ACTION REQUIRED removal

Anyone here na may idea on how to remove this on my notification. Ayaw kasi mawala pabalik-balik siya after clearing cache/data sa Google Play Services at PlayStore. Di ko na rin kasi maaccess yung email
