Ang issue kasi hindi ma openline yung modem na dumating. :<

I really don't know talaga kung kanino ako mag fifile ng report.
Either refund nalang sana or palitan nila ng tamang modem.

Lastly, by any chance, what kind of modem po ba yung nareceived ko?

Basta pwd kau magreklamo di ko lang alam kung san ahensya yan. Sa SEC ba? ewan. Gawa ka complaint letter send mo sa globe telecom.
