HELP. Garena shells top up error.

Guys bumili ako ng 100 garena shells sa gcash tas nung icoconvert ko na sa cod points, ayaw. "Sorry, this card is not allowed to be used here" yan lang lagi lumilitaw.. tama naman yung pin code na nilagay ko based dun sa text message ni gcash. Meron po ba may alam kung ano yung prob? And how to fix it po? I already sent tickets to gcash pero sinesend lang uli nila yung same pin code without explaining paano maaayos. Pati sa garena support nag send na ako pero ala pang reply. TIA

Issue: Garena account wrong region/country cannot topup garena shells using garena prepaid card.

Solution:
You need to have a garena account kahit fb bimd account mo (must be number/email verified and green cirlce is showing full on your account)

Go to shop.garena.com and select shell topup then tap garena and login your garena account. If a popup say "proceed to correct region" just tap proceed.

Select shell topup again and selevt garena prepaid cadlrd and put in the password.

Now the go back to shop.garena.com and select codm. Then choose garena shells. Choose an amount and proceed.
