Guys ano mabisang pagkain or exercise para pumayat.

Natry kuna intermediate fasting, haha lamon lang ako ng lamon. Nakaka gutom.

Basta sabi ko self ko. "SAWA NAKU MAGING MATABA" haha

kaya naman 2 times a day lang kumain kaso nawala ako sa disiplina kaya bumalik ulit. nawalan na ako dati 5kg bumalik ulit
