Closed {HELP} Any solution for iphone 4 ios 7.0.4 "No Service"

I bought an iPhone 4 originally locked to globe. But it was locked by Find My iPhone Activation Lock. I was able to häçktivate it and im currently using it as an iTouch.

The Problem is, i dont get signal or any network coverage.

Is there anyone, experienced this? Anyone has a solution?

Pareho tayo ng problema bro.. Ganyan din sa akin.. iphone 4 ios 7.0.4 .. Open line na nga to sa akin pero di pa din nagkakaroon ng signal.. Secondhand din to binili ko sa olx..
