Is it the same with antibiotics na kapag continuous ang pag intake ay mas humihina yung usual effect ng medicine and need to increase the dosage ? Please enlighten thanks haha

First you are wrong about antibiotics... you don't need to increase the dosage... I don't know where you got this idea!
For paracetamol, you normally don't have to increase the dosage if you take it for relief of temporary pain or fever... If you feel that your paracetamol is not efficient, before increasing the dosage, change the brand! So many medicines are fake in the Philippines...
Note that paracetamol could have very bad side effects if taken at high dosage

pag palagi ka nag iinom ng antibiotics...makakabuo ka ng tolerance sa antibiotic...at hihina ang epekto sayo...kaya mapipilitan kang i taas ang dosage...

awinahe - Increasing the dosage came from the oldies, even cutting half the 500mg in half will give you 250mg. Thanks for reminding and telling me about that. Got you messaged.

Tama un sabi ni sir djcruzer bro ganun nga effect ng antibiotic kapag lagi mo un intake. Kaya usually tinatanong ng doc kungsan ka hiyang na antibiotics. Pero better go seek a specialist regarding sa paracetamol or any other pain relievers kasi base on research ito un mga meds na may mas masamang side effects lalo na sa liver pag lagi ka nagtatake.Payo lang bro, the best pa rin magpakonsulta sa doc para madiagnose ka ng ayus at maresetahan ka ng tamang gamot para sa kung anumang sakit o ailment and refer from self medication. Happy new year!!!

Right - for cutting in 2 a 500 mg tablet, gives you 250 mg... ! But increasing the dosage of antibiotics is really very wrong! First, antibiotics should not be taken each time you have a small infection... let the body cures itself or take some light medicines or herbal... Because people have the tendency to take antibiotics for anything, they become ineffective... whatever the dosage (and also the fault of doctors who prescribe antibiotics very lightely without real examination of the patient!!). One more time: always buy branded with good reputation medicines... I had so many patients complaining that the medicine is not effective but actually is was just a fake one!
I am an old nurse with 20 years experience and had a free clinic for more than 10 years for poor people... I know what I am talking about!
