Guys bago lang po kc ako nag gigym any ideas po sana na mag share kung papano ang tamang proseso. Salamat po!
 
paturo ka sa spotter ng gym mas my alam yun kasi ko siya ang ng ttrain saken..inum ka din ng mga supplements para mabilis ang development..
 
I highly suggest you try a mix of cardio workout and weight lifting. Better also to increase your protein intake to burn fats faster. Make sure to have rest days to help your muscles recover.
 
for me depende yan sa build ng katawan mo..warm up muna/stretching, unahin mo yong chest yong tatlong klase ng position kung bago ka lang
3 sets at 8-10 reps kada position ganito position non / _ \ (chest)
tapos shoulder same sets at reps
biceps same sets at reps same din sa triceps. tpos sa ka mo isingit si abs workout bago matapos
at last stretch uli. sana makatulong
 
Two weeks palang po kasi ako nag woworkout, 3 to 4 times per week ako pumupunta sa gym. Then gusto ko sana mag take ng vitamins or kung ano pede inumin kaso di ko nmn alam.

Better if you get your vitamins through natural foods like veggies and fruits. It would help a lot, especially in terms of boosting your metabolism and recovering your energy as well. For your post-workout meal, you may eat the whites of three hardboiled eggs. Just stay faithful to your workout and diet, and do not rush to see the results. Good luck!
 
Mga Sir feedback nman sa mutant mass or serious mass which is better? saan po ba makakakita ng before and after results nitong mass gainer?
Hndi ko nman po plan maging bulky parang si The Rock! , sana tama. body build ko Pero malakas naman po ako kumain.
Gusto ko lang po magkalaman. Salamat mga master!

para sakin mas okay mutant mass kung magpabulking ka sabayan mo din ng proper nutrition foods para mas maganda resulst
