Tutorial GTM No load for windows PC using shadowsocks + v2ray-plugin config

Steps:

1. Get shadowsocks for windows

   • Download the zip file, latest version while making this tutorial is Shadowsocks-4.4.1.0.zip
   • Extract the zip file to a folder, you should see the file named Shadowsocks.exe
2. Get v2ray-plugin
   • Go to You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
   • Download tar.gz file for windows, choose windows-amd64 version for 64-bit and windows-386 for 32-bit
   • Copy or move the tar.gz file to the same folder where Shadowsocks.exe is located, then extract the tar.gz file
   • You should see now the Shadowsocks.exe and v2ray-plugin_windows.exe files on the same folder like this one below

3. Double-click Shadowsocks.exe to run shadowsocks
4. Copy this sample shadowsocks config

5. Right-click on the shadowsocks icon found in the notification area, then go to Servers > Import URL from Clipboard, you should see now something like this one below
   • 
   • You might have to change the Plugin Program with the name of the program you downloaded from Step #2.
   • Click OK
6. Right-click again on shadowsocks icon then go to System Proxy > PAC
7. Change your network now with the "GTM no load", then start browsing the internet.
