TRUE OWNERSHIP FOR PLAYERS​

Unlike other free-to-play games, Gods Unchained gives you complete ownership over your in-game items. Collect rare cards, build your deck and sell cards to other players.

HOW TO EARN?​

1. BLESSINGS OF THE GODS​

To celebrate the introduction of $GODS into the Gods Unchained ecosystem, we’re hosting Blessing of the $GODS, a play to earn campaign where players compete to earn $GODS tokens! Players who meet all the criteria below will be able to receive $GODS as rewards.

EVENT OVERVIEW​

• The event will last for 8 weeks
• The reward will be distributed within 5 days after the end of EACH week
• The token rewards must be claimed by the 28th April 2022, 23:59 PDT. After this date, all unclaimed tokens will be forfeited.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS​

• Play 20 ranked games or more each week
• Win 7 ranked games or more each week
• Games must pass 4 rounds to be counted
• Players must be at least Purified Iron (rank 4) by the end of the week to qualify
• Player must play against a minimum of 17 unique opponents or more each week
• Any account that is suspected of win trading, botting, multi-account or any wrongful activities will be disqualified and banned from Gods Unchained.

REWARD MECHANISM​

$GODS will be distributed as rewards according to the points you earn per week, and players must complete all the requirements above to receive any points. You can track your progress on GUDECKS.

• Base points- Points are given according to the rank of your account at the end of the week:
  • Purified Iron/ Impact Meteorite/ Astral Meteorite/ Twilight Shadow = 1 point
  • Midnight Shadow/ Auric Gold/ Solar Gold = 1.5 points
  • Ethereal Diamond/ Mythic = 2 points
• Bonus points- Additional points are rewarded if you reach the milestones below:
  • + 1 Bonus point - Play 40 ranked games + Win 14 ranked games + play against 34 unique opponents
  • + 1 Bonus point - Play 60 ranked games + Win 21 ranked games + play against 51 unique opponents

REWARDS ALLOCATION​

The rewards pool increases according to the weekly active players Gods Unchained reached that week:

• Base weekly rewards pool = 100,000 $GODS reward pool
• Rewards pool @ 50,000 weekly active players = 225,000 $GODS
• Rewards pool @ 75,000 weekly active players = 350,000 $GODS
• Rewards pool @ 100,000 weekly active players = 500,000 $GODS

$GODS rewards per week = (Your total points / Total points of all existing players) * $GODS rewards pool

2. PLAY TO EARN WITH WEEKEND RANKED​

Weekend Ranked is a weekly event that runs every Friday 5am PDT/4am PST – Monday 5am PDT/4am PST. It sees mortals from all around the globe enter the Arena to battle it out for glory and prizes. It’s an ongoing experiment, one that’s had a variety of iterations and will likely have more to come.

To enter, simply queue up in Ranked Constructed and play matches. There’s no need to sign up, as all mortals playing Gods Unchained across the weekend will be entered.

Prizes​

Prizes range from Core packs, which are traditionally earned by levelling up, to expansion packs, sold from the Gods Unchained store.

The prizes you win are based on three things:

1. How many wins you earn in your first 25 games of each Weekend Ranked event.
2. Your rank before each Weekend Ranked event begins.
3. Whether you have a wallet linked to your account or not.

To qualify for prizes, you must reach a rank that corresponds with one of the tables in the Prize Tables section before Weekend Ranked kicks off. For wins to count, matches must be completed before the event’s end (Monday: 5am PDT/4am PST).

The current expansion packs being awarded come from the next expansion set. You’ll accumulate rewards from your Weekend Ranked wins as normal, the only difference being that expansion set prizes will be distributed when the next expansion arrives. What is it? You’ll have to wait to find out…

Important: To receive expansion pack prizes, you must have a wallet linked to your account, otherwise prizes can’t be sent and are forfeited. A wallet is a secure place to store your digital assets. Note: You can now remove wallets you no longer want associated with your GU account directly from the wallet management interface. On top of that, you can now set a default wallet for any prize rewards. How good!

There are 12 ranks in Weekend Constructed:

1. Rusted Bronze
2. Purified Bronze
3. Rusted Iron
4. Purified Iron
5. Impact Meteorite
6. Astral Meteorite
7. Twilight Shadow
8. Midnight Shadow
9. Auric Gold
10. Solar Gold
11. Ethereal Diamond
12. Mythic

3. SELL CARDS - Marketplace/Player-to-Player​

Play to Earn (P2E) means you can earn cash just by playing the game. In Gods Unchained, this is seen through the ability to earn in-game items that you can sell for real-world cash. The Play to Earn journey is as follows:

1. By playing games you unlock packs that give you digital cards. These are Common Core cards and are not minted to the Ethereum network.
2. By winning games in Ranked, you earn Flux. Flux is a crafting tool that allows you to make Common Core cards more valuable. (See ‘What is the Gauntlet of the Gods?’ for more).
3. Once you have enough Flux, you can head to the Forge in the game launcher and fuse duplicate Core cards together to create higher quality cards. These become minted to the Ethereum network and now have real world value.
4. The final step is to trade these cards in the Marketplace for real world cash. From there, you can buy new cards with your current earnings or convert it to your own currency to spend however you want.
5. Repeat!
