at walang masama sa pagpatay kase wala namang special sa bawat paghinga ng tao kung ikukumpara nyo ito sa buhay ng isang langgam
Eradication is the best option

Pyschopath ba tawag dito ? Sa tingin ko hinde , Kase may reason naman kung bakit ginagawa ang bagay na to kagaya lang din mga asong sundalo ng gobyerno

What end would justify the means in having world war 3?
Ano ang moral justification ng eradication?

Sa Deathnote kasi, Si Kira ay pumapatay ng mga nasa deathrow. At that point pwede natin sabihin morally justified kahit against the law, until a point where his killings were all about saving himself. While it is the thrilling part of the series, it has cemented na Kira has lost the plot.

world war is a must or Pandemic(Like Black Death) upang mabawasan ang tao sa mundo.
Less People less problem (Hanggang dito lang yung kase di ko kayang express yung mga idea ko thru words ).

Kung iisipin natin mabuti, "Less people, less problem" is a very third-world-country idea. Other countries also thought the same at some point before industrial revolution pero nabago na yan.
For instance, China. They imposed the one child policy to combat overpopulation, fast forward to today, pinagsisihan nila. Ung proportion ng old population ay mas malaki sa working population at hindi na nila kaya i-support ang social systems nila.
Sa US, nagtatapon araw-araw ng tonelada na mga pagkain, pero just 50 yrs ago, we feared na kukulangin ang pagkain ng mundo sa overpopulation.
Dumadami ang mga bansa na kailangan mag resort sa immigration para lang ma-mentain ang population nila.

This is because we now understand population only peaks at some point during progress, but it starts to naturally fall on its own. Hindi ba pinoprove lang nyan na mali ang ideya sa necessity ng wars for "population control"? Isn't this idea a case of teaching people one thing is green, just to find out it was really red? (Referring to your other post)
