G·TM Globe sim registration portal down

Globe Telecom Inc. said its SIM registration went offline on Tuesday morning as it optimizes the website for better customer experience.

The 180-day SIM registration period began on the midnight of December 27, during which Globe launched its SIM Registration portal You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now., in compliance with the law.

However, the telco said it had to make the site temporarily inaccessible to ensure a better registration experience for customers.

“Several customers were able to access the site and register between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. but the portal temporarily went offline as the site is being optimized,” Globe said.

“Globe aims to have the online platform back up within the day,” it added.

I dont see any reason na mag unahan ang tao about sa pag register, meron bang raffle yan? Para ba meron ma i my day ang mga tao? Dahil sa frebies ng smart na free data? Its a waste of time in my opinion. 180 days is enough para hindi mag madali, deadline nga sa assignment or work nag cramming pa sila e diyan pa kaya. Besides beta stage palang yan. Baka kita mo na compromise pa ang data mo mas lalo ka na häçk. Mas ok mag masid masid muna.

you've got the point idol, but i think most of the people in the Philippines have a poor reading comprehension
they think that their sim card will be deactivated at the end of december 27,2022 .an it ill be activated if successfully registered to telco.

i saw many posts on FB regarding the situation, that's the reason why everybody is rushing to register their sim cards.

Yun nga din, tsaka mahirap din lalo kung sino sino pa mag bibgay ng mga link. Baka phising link pala binibigay. Problema din kasi nag iimplement ng ganyan di muna pinag handaan mabuti.

Ok sige, yang reason na yan ay mas napatunayan ko na dapat mag wait at mag masid ako ayaw ko ma compromised ang data ko. Sila na muna maging guinea pig. Lalo na sa ganyan na minadali ang proseso na yan, di ko i trust ang data ko sa gobyerno. Nag work ako as data analyst at alam ko kung gano kainportante ang data. Nabalitaan ko nga na meron pang optional na nakalagay sa smart na kung gusto daw ba ng personalized offer based sa data. It means na talagang gagamitin nila dara natin para sa bussiness nila.
