Closed GLOBE HOME BROADBAND LTE PLAN1299 5MBPS

Hi guys! Good day to you all!

I need some help from you since I'm a newbie in here. By the way, I just had this plan 1299 LTE HOMEBROADBAND from globe today, but internet speed is way tooooo slow (50KBPS!-200KBPS! lang hayss). Yung malaking cellsite ng Globe is in City of Naga, Cebu while Im in Minglanilla, Cebu. So eto po ang situation ko, my area is:
1. More or less 3kms away from the hiway.
2. More or less 8-9kms away from the Main Cell Site ni Globe (which is in Naga, Cebu)
3. Merong cell tower ni globe malapit sa amin ( sub station yata maliit lang kasi compared sa cell site na nasa naga, cebu) and its about 1.5-1.8kms away from my place.
4. From the sub station na tower ng globe na malapit sa min, their are a lot of obstacle (mostly mga trees) and medjo elevated yung place ko (nasa bundok po kami, and di abot ng kahit ano na wired na connections)

So here are my questions;
1. Maiimprove pa po ba ang aking internet speed connection?
2. Please see attached file/picture sa details ng LTE signal status ko, eerrr negative ung SINR.
3. Do you think Parabolic Antenna (Zensie by Skywave?) can help boost the signal and internet speed connection in my area?

update: kakakuha ko lang kahapon, and boom red ung connection. wala ng conenction, sabi ng customer service may 3 day trial daw ay di pa daw na install completely sa system nila (physical product were installed already).
By the way okay ba gumamit ng VPN? or dependent pa rin sa signal? Thanks

Depende sa signal, kung wala naman signal di din yun gagana
