Closed GLOBE B315S-936 unlock postpaid sim not working

Guys p help nman. N open line ko yun modem but the problem is it cannot read my post ρáíd lte sim n kasama nun modem. I tried other sim gumagana sya pero yun sa globe ayaw n mismo.
