Guys, patulong naman po. I already made a report sa Smart's Customer Service pero wala namang nangyayari.
'Yong dashboard po kasi ng App ko ay wala, ang nakalagay lang ay " Full down to refresh." Ilang beses ko na ginawa. Nag-restart, uninstall and re-install, clear data, log-in and out pero wala parin.
Hindi ko ma-access 'yong Gigamania at hindi ko makita 'yong current promo, balance and remaining points ko. Hindi ko rin ma-avail 'yong Free Promo of the week. Wala ding lumalabas na pop-up ng All Data at Magic Data.
Please, help me po. Anong kailangan ko pong gawin?
