Nito lang mga nagdaang araw nakahiligan ko na.. dahil sa mga health benefits. Nag research ako at napaka interesting pala ng bawang. Sa ilang araw ko plang ng pag-inom ng garlic tea naramdam ko na may pagbabago sa katawan ko. Araw-araw nako iinom nito.

Ako din po nito lang nahilig. Pero di kasi maganda madalas nakakabaho ng pawis. Mas madalas po sakin dinikdik with apple cider vinegar sawsawan.
