Nag iba ip mokaya ganon, download ka es file exlorer, click device, find etc folder inside this folder scroll down find hosts file clcik it open as text open in es editor you will see there are two ip. Delete the 2nd one. Escape then save then restart your device. Thats it hope it will help you.
