Help Free tuition college need lang ng tulong

So.... ano po may mangyayari if i enrolled using yung FREE TUITION program but i plan not to continue going and attending this upcoming aug 15 because of very unexpected personal business.

bukod po sa magiging drop out or automatic incomplete na. anu po kayang magiging consequence nito?

and also i read this in the agreement before i apply for the FREE TUITION program which stated in the picture below... HINDE ko po gets ang point nito, pero ang sinasabi ba dito if mag drop out ako kailangan ko bayaran yung tuition na maiiwan ko if i ever have a plan to comeback sa future, kung baga hinde na ako pasok sa FREE TUITION next time ?

or

if i drop out kailangan ko bayaran yung tuition na literall kung baga may habol sila sakin ?

safe kaya kapag hinde ko ituloy ? i don't care naman if i lose this FREE TUITION previlage, oo sayang but yun nga, kailangan ko mag change ng path sa ngayun. Pero kung mag eend up naman sa pag babayarin ako nung supposedly na ay free tuition then ituloy ko nalang siguro no?

Opo babayaran mopo ung tuition this sem para next apply mo meron ka padin free tuition kasi di nila ma process kapag nag drop ka wala pang pasukan. Meron kanaba certification of enrollment? kasi pag wala pa pwede ka naman mag back out hindi drop ung sa form mo wala lang parang inquire lang.

oh i see, oo nga naman dahil wala naman akong magiging record sa kanila in this sem in the first place.

so in conclusion, hinde naman po ako siguro ako mapapasok sa kahit anung legal trouble if i not choose to go right ? kasi im officially enrolled at nag occupy ng slots tas hinde ko pala papasukin yung mga courses, im just curious lang

Paano po sya mag wowork ? Kapag ba hinde ako nag show up, babayaran ko yung mga units that i left once i plan to return ulit sa college?
