OK naman ako. Ilan months na din ako umiinom ng Vitamin E. Sinasabay ko sa VIt C. Fear mongering lang ata yan kasi wala pa ako nabalitaan namatay sa Vit E hahaha

marami na nagtake ng myra e iho isa na ako dun. Wag maniniwala sa mga nababasa sa internet. Hindi magiging over the counter yan dito at sa ibang bansa kung nakakamatay.
Para lang po klaro, hindi po yan mga "nababasa sa internet", nagkataon lang po na naka post sa websites sa Internet. Tapos lahat po ng data diyan ay base po sa testing, trials, at studies. Meron din naman pong mga OTC na after re-consideration e inaatras din, di po ba?

Baka nga po dapat ipa review ulit sa FDA natin yung Myra 400 IU. Tsaka sa website po mismo ny Myra, very strict po sila na max na po yang 400 IU, isang pill lang per day. Alam din po nila na may risks ang overdosage (although sa mga tests kinakaya ng adults ang 1,000 to 1,200 IU).
Sabi po kasi ng TS 400 to 900 IU. Yun po ang main concern ko.

Fake news. Umiinom din ako ng vitamin E at ginamot pa nito ang seborrheic dermatitis ko which is matagal ko ng hinahanapan ng solusyon. Don't spread misinformation. Hindi bibigyan ng approval ng FDA, DOH, BFAD ang mga vitamin E sa merkado kung nakakasama ito.

For adults who do take a supplement, it's advised that you not exceed 1,000 mg – or the equivalent of 1,500 IU, or international units – of vitamin E a day, which is what's considered the tolerable upper intake level, or UL. That's the maximum amount a person can take that's unlikely to cause adverse health effects.

Kahit po ang Myra mismo may 300 IU sila na pill, at sa website po nila nag wa warning po sila na wag mag doble ng 400 IU na pill.

Hindi po ba kung safety lang naman din ang pag uusapan, mas OK sa mas mababang dose?

cool naman pala yung ginawa mo, ma try ko din, kaso minsan kasi nakakalimutan ko uminom :(
