Closed Flash intallation failed

Mga sir pahelp naman po kasi pag nag flash ako ng firmware sa oppo ko na na bootlop nag failed po sya..
Pag nag flash naman po ako using sp flash tool ayaw pa rin gumana still on the logo pa rin po.. thanks in advance po.

BTW: oppo r831k neo 3 po unit ko.

try another firmware o kaya kung spflash gamit mo format + download ang gawin mo wag download only para mabura yung mga unwanted files na napapacorrupt ng cellphone mo! try mo rin scanned kung me virus!

Ang firmware po kasi may specifications yan depende sa model at saang bansa nka sell halimbawa yung pinaflash mo now is release within china tpos yung unit mo here from philippines di mo tlga ma flash yan due to kernel issue uncompatible sa hardware specs kaya maghanap k ng firmware exactly else ung universal like all country supported na firmware ng unit mo
