How To Format a USB Key from the Command Prompt
Connect the USB flash drive to your PC. Then click on Start > Run. Type
cmd
and click on OK.

Your USB flash drive will be assigned a letter. For the purposes of this example, we have provided a command using the letter G but note that you should replace this letter with that which is assigned to your key.

Type the following command, followed by Enter:

format /q /x G:

Note: The q parameter stands for "quick format" and the x parameter will force the selected volume to dismount if needed.

Run ADMIN Command Prompt
Type: attrib -r -a -s -h /s /d F:/*.*
~ Nung hindi po gumana yan, anong Error? If after niyan walang error, nung itry mo i-format, ano pong error?

HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\StorageDevicePolicies
~ Pinalitan mo na ba yung value niya ng 0? Tapos nag-restart ka na ng PC tapos ayaw pa rin?

Nung i-try mo to sa DISKPART "attributes disk clear readonly" tapos after nung "clean" command, anong error?

If ayaw din sa diskmgt.msc as per suggested by zaldhie, try using Minitool Partition Wizard Free. Look for the USB drive letter. Delete partition. Apply. Then, try mo na i-reformat. If mag-error anong sabi?

Pwede mo din i-try yung USB Write Protector sa Softpedia to unlock the drive.
