Closed Firewall error detected

Pa help naman mga ka Phc gamer . Nag install kase ko ng torchlight 2 sa epic games . Pero nung nag try kame sa multiplayer ayaw nya mag connect. Ni try ko nadin off mismo yug firewall ayaw talaga . Meron ba dito nakahanap ng solution?

1st. Open Firewall and give permission to Torchight II allow through firewall.

2nd. Go to Firewalls Advanced Settings - Choose "Inbound Rules" and choose and activate all the Torchlight II names.
