Help Filmora Effects and Elements not downloading?

Mga lods baka alam nyo solusyon dito? Puro downloading lang kasi yung elements sa filmora na nadownload ko dito. Trinay ko na panoorin sa Yt yung solusyon kaso di ko makita sa files yung Imagehost at yung ibang files na need. Palipat nalang po kung malli yung thread. TIA
