Closed Factory reset doesn't work?

What's up mga ka-ph. Have this problem sa phone kong Lenovo k4 Note

Na notice ko lang siya nung nag factory reset ako.
Then after matapos yung process.. Oo nag reset siya, but after a few minutes. Nagsibalikan lahat ng files.

Gusto ko kasing i hard reset ang phone ko dahil may napapansin akong parang bug sa Video recording. Nakakasagap ng noise. Di pa ako nagpapa consult sa mga tech. Also, second hand ang phone pero almost a month lang nagmit.

Haven't try to flash a clean stock rom ? If hindi pa, flash it using MSM89xx Download Tool.

Beware: Once na flush mo. Flush na siya hehehehe

Download ka ng stock rom ng phone mo, then flash mo using sp flash tool or odin.

Update: nag-punta na ako sa tech, and sabi nga download daw ng flash file. worth 350petot pagawa. Walang problema sa pera, di lang talaga ako marunong sa mga genern. Hahahaha.

Is it worth it? or should I try to fix it myself?

Fix it yourself. Napakarami sa google. Kung gusto mo , (eto nanaman ako) , magrent ka ng pc (open time ha?) then download ka ng team viewer. I assist kita sa PC. AFK mode ka muna, then i ask for a little help from you via NotePad. OK?

Let them fix it. Kung ma-brick device mo kasalanan nila. Kung ikaw nakasira wala kang sisisihin hehehehe

Thanks for the tips and help guys. Currently sila na ang nag f-fix. Nakakahiya namang bawiin kaya sila na bahala mag-ayos.

Baka po nag factory reset ka sa settings kaya bumalik yung files mo dun ka sana sa recovery kasi pwedi ka mamili kung i restore moba o hindi
