Help Error ping unreachable server

Asking for help po, in my case, my dota 2 won't connect to the server if I don't use vpn pag may vpn okay naman sya pero tataas yung ping. I already checked the firewalls added dota 2 port forwarding in router and in pc firewall still mag eerror parin sya sa ping test sa dota 2. Salamat
