Reports coming in from Lanao sur 1st district. During the final testing of pcos machines in several municipalities the votes for Duterte is credited to Mar Roxas by the pcos machines.
The same thing is happening in Mati city.

Catchy, DU30 is our President and I'm very optimistic that he can do something positive to "improve" the internet connection here in the Philippines during his 6-year-term in the government.
