I contacted customer support for DITO regarding the delayed delivery of my order. I was told that it has already been delivered. But I have yet to receive my order. I also did not receive any text or calls regarding my order.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
[3/20 Update] I have received my SIM today. The couriers are really busy delivering the SIMs.
