DITO Delivered SIM but not yet received [3/20 update: received sim]

I contacted customer support for DITO regarding the delayed delivery of my order. I was told that it has already been delivered. But I have yet to receive my order. I also did not receive any text or calls regarding my order.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

[3/20 Update] I have received my SIM today. The couriers are really busy delivering the SIMs.

Palpak talaga yan si DITO napakabulok ng sistema nila walang pinagkaiba sa naunang Telco dito sa bansa. May nagpost ng thread similar on this.
 
Nagsisimula palang sila kaya may mga bagay na kulang pa sila. sa mga susunod na taon mag iimprove pa yan hindi katulad ng globe smart ubod ng bulok talaga yung serbisyo lalo na sa Customer service nila papa asahin ka lang 😂😂
 
yan kasi problema bayad na sim nating naorder. yan din kinatatakotan ko pang 5 days na today mula na out na daw sa hub.

Ganun din sa Customer Service nila papaasahin ka din ng 48 hours kuno, pero waley talaga. First impression last.
