bring back death penalty but only for graft and corruption now and the justice system will be fixed.

People who engage in graft and corruption practices are most likely the wealthy ones, yung mga makapangyarihan kaya if bailable yung offenses na ganyan, kayang kaya nila magbayad ng magaling na abogado para makalaya. Also, most likely mga protector din naman yan ng iba't ibang root of crimes sa pinas like drugs and sugal. Bakit halos ipinaglalaban ng marami ang death penalty sa mga taong nasa baba. If it starts on corrupt people na nasa position, see them scramble at maglaban laban jan para sa buhay nila. Death peanlty para sa mga kurakot at kurap.

Masyadong delikado magkaroon ng Death penalty. Kahit gaano 'kaganda' ang justice system, sigurado merong mga taong naniniwala na mali ang bawat verdict due to our own biases.
There is also a high risk na maging isang tool ang death penalty to legally dispatch people you don't like. It all sounds right and just pag iniisip natin yung mga heinous criminals, until you yourself are a target of someone more influential and powerful than you. As you desperately try to prove yourself innocent, wether its true or not, you will wish you never have asked for the death penalty to exist in the first place.
