[Notice] Compensation plan regarding inaccessibility to the game

To our valued Mercenaries,

Due to the technical issue recently occurred again, we are fully aware that many of you are currently having difficulties on accessing the game or frequently being disconnected from the servers after logging in.
In relation to this, the technical and operations team are currently looking into the cause of the issue and working their utmost to resolve it at the soonest time possible that we have no doubt on it.

The team would like to express that we deeply feel responsible for the issue that has been affecting you all.
To make it up while the teams are putting their best efforts on it, we are preparing for a proper compensation reciprocated to scale of damage that you have been experiencing.
The compensation plan with details will be announced soon and the date for distribution of the compensation will then be posted later at the date when the technical issue is determined to be finally resolved.

Once again, we from the Crossfire team deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and will try our hardest to bring back the service to be normalized as soon as possible.
