"Bakit ka magbabayad kung wala ka namang pambayad?" :dead:

GOOD NEWS: pwede na po ang IPs na 10.231, 10.232, 10.233 sa HSS, gamitin niyo po ang UK servers. (y)

Good day po.
Since I wont be updating this thread anymore to share more configs for HSS(busy na po ako next week),
Please refer to this as a guide on how to create your own config by finding working servers and remote ports for TCP and UDP connections.
Any servers and rports you sniped or found can be used for HSS portable. (y)
So let's start!

Free Servers(salamat sir macaganny):
122.120.167.45 5245
50.117.61.56 5396
198.144.116.96 3451

NOTE: this trick will only apply for smartbro users, for the meantime wala pa si buddy kasi di pa tapos ang experiment ko with BUDDY kasi need ng load.
And kung locked IPs ang sim niyo(10.125 and 10.139 ang binibigay) di po ito gagana. :p

First, I will give you some samples of rpots na na snipe ko na.

UDP:
Code:
5396
5365
3451
5231
3398
5245
3211
5365

TCP(credits to sir Aisan):
Code:
989
1755
5050
9000
10000
10009
15000

Code:
50.18.4.88 5245
184.169.248.1 3211
50.18.240.130 5245
54.241.71.142 3211
50.18.3.187 5245
204.236.180.179 5245
184.72.30.200 5265
204.236.182.211 5396
54.241.233.148 3398
50.18.41.56 5245
54.241.79.40 3398
184.169.219.20 3211
184.169.252.68 3451

salamat sir duf

Connect smart dashboard
Open HSS then connect it
Now Open Packetsniffer(follow the screenshots)

Click the green arrow button, or select file then click "start capture"
Select your own IP given by Smart

Now notice that while connecting, HSS will give you servers with remote ports(yan yung servers ni HSS at rports niya)

Q. How to know what servers and rports are working?
A.Wait until maging successful ang pag connect ni HSS, you will see a server with rport na tumataas ang packets niya and meron siyang DL rate.

Now Copy that server and paste niyo sa config ng HSS portable. And try connecting.
Tentenenententen!!! Connected ka na!!

Advantage ng portable sa HSS orig client> You dont have to wait anymore for HSS to find working server and rport, since alam mong gagana yang server na nahunt mo.

Happy browsing. :joyful:

Alternative Sniping(Credits to sir Aisan)

Launch mo task manager (mas maganda kung full screen) tapos switch to details tab (windows 8 ), hanapin ang openvpn.exe at i-expand mo yung column ng "commandline" tapos timing habang nakonek si hss, mag papalit palit ng sipSERVER_PORT

Please make this thread as a guide para sa lahat ng tao na gustong maghanap ng servers and ports na working.
Kung may katanungan man kayo feel free to ask here, sasagutin ko lahat wag lang about lovelife ko.

Long Live HSS!!! :dead:

Want to try Elite? You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.

TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) and UDP (User Datagram Protocol) are the core protocols of the Transport Layer.

The main difference is that the TCP protocol is connection-oriented while the UDP functions connectionless or in laymens terms:
TCP opens a connection, controls it and then closes it
UDP sends the packet to it’s destination and doesn’t care any further
—–
TCP is used when it’s necessary that all packets arrive and in a certain order
UDP is used when speed matters, packets arrive in whole

There is a long list of common ports for certain Protocols and Applications but even more are very random. You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.

You mentioned a download from Download.com – let’s look into it:
a. if the download is using HTTP it will be TCP Port 80
b. if the download is using FTP it will be TCP Port 21 for control, TCP Port 20 for data (server-sided) and a random TCP Port at client side (your end).
b1. if it’s active FTP the random port will be initialized from the Server
b2. if it’s passive FTP the random port will be initialized from the Client
c. if the download is using FTPS (FTP over TLS/SSL) it will be either TCP/UDP Port 990 for control, TCP/UDP Port 989 for data
d. if the download is using SFTP (SSH File Transfer) it will be either TCP/UDP Port 22 or TCP/UDP Port 115

As you see it’s not that easy – which is why by default Firewalls allow all outgoing connections and incomming (WAN) connections initiated from a client (LAN).

And even this doesn’t mean everything is working out of the box. If you want to serve Passive FTP and your Firewall is configured that way you’d still have to open a port range where clients can connect for data transfer.

If you want full control by blocking all connection from ANY to ANY you better be prepared to do a lot of configuration. :D
