Madalas mangyari ito especially if you are connecting to a Local Bridge type of a Server which is currently prone to errors mostly if overly congested of TCP connections, brute-force or a DDOS attacks and or maybe just a badly-configured server.
Pwede rin na na-blocked ng Windows Firewall or Anti-Virus Firewall so you may have to temporarily turn it off..
You can try another SNAT server which is more stable and most produced type of server here in PHC.
If your familiar with settings on your Local Area Network adapter, you can manually connect by making a static ip and DNS address to your VPN Client Adapter.. below is
an example of IPv4 settings..
ip address: 192.168.30.18 (ipconfig /all at CMD to look for the given ip address and Gateway)
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.30.1
dns address: 8.8.8.8
secondary dns: 208.67.222.222
