Chicken Steak ala King - Basic!
INGREDIENTS:
SET A (Brine Solution)
1/2 kilo chicken ****** fillet
1 tbsp salt
1-2 cups water
SET B (Egg mixture)
1 piece egg
1/2 tablespoon garlic,minced
1 teaspoon salt 1
tablespoon calamansi
juice SET C (Flour mixture)
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup flour ¼ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon paprika
½ tablespoon black pepper
cooking oil, for frying
SET D (Sauce)
1 cup all-purpose cream
1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
¼ cup cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
sauce Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to tast
Butter & Flour (as thickener)
SET D (Garnish & side dish)
Chopped parsley Corn Carrots Peas
Instructions:
1. Add chicken ****** to Brine solution 20 to 25 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from brine, wrap with plastic and pound.
2. Add chicken to Egg mixture, roll to Flour mixture and deep fried until golden brown.
3. In separate sauce pan, mix Sauce ingredients and simmer until thicken.
4.Serve chicken, topped with Sauce and add garnish & side dish. Enjoy!
