English is a language not a measurement of a man's intelligence. Been working for Call Center for 5 years. Been thru a lot of interviews. I can speak English but not that fluent no intonations and accent. I just learned my Intonations and accents while taking calls everyday. Tsaka na bihasa talaga ako nung dating account ko na AT&T. So I can consider na pwede ka mag apply kahit hindi ka masyado magaling sa english. so long as you can speak english. So first step for interview. Question is "Tell me about yourself" Name, location, age, previous job, reason for leaving, reason for applying BPO. yun lang. magpakatotoo ka sa interview. kung pwede sabihin mo na mahirap lang kayo kaya need mo ang Job like BPO. because BPO Provides higher compensation to sustain your financial needs

been working with Microsoft for almost 1 year now great account and hindi sila tumitingin sa mga grammar lapses mo basta daw naiintindihan ka at nakakaintindi ka ng English, just brace yourself if ever man na makapasa ka, be ready sa mga Irate cx hahaha
