you mean bandwith limit? ang kebrum vpn is depende sa kung marami ba kayong nakakonek sa free server nila, the kepard at finch vpn naman ay full speed ang makukuha mo ( para kang nakapremium account ) though, do not expect too much dahil nga FREE trial lang po sila, ρrémíùm vpn will not also guarantee you na mabilis talaga net connecton mo, alam mo naman dito sa pinas, unstable ISP natin.
