This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal,
but about Heart Attack's . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their
meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt
their drinking habit while
eating. For those who like to drink cold water, this
article is applicable to
you. It is very Harmful to have Cold Drink/Water during a meal. Because,
the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you
have just consumed. It will
slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge'

I follow all of these drinking habit if not hot, luke warm water lang po sa umaga with empty stomach nga 45 mins. before you eat your breakfast. Sa una mga kaphcitizen, mahirap gawin yan because of the odd tasteless of water. Pero once naging lifestyle mo na siya, it's easy and you can feel it to your own body about its benefits.

Dati rin akong frequent drinker of cold water and soft drinks, simula nang nabasa ko yan noon iniwasan ko na at sinunod, hindi na ako naging sakitin.

TIP: Benta niyo refrigerator niyo. Lol

Yes, I don't know if there's already thread here about this, all I know sa fb it spread like a chain message, but yes it's a good thing to share. Nabasa ko lang ulit kaya naisipan ko ishare, 1 year ago pasaway pa ko sa drinking lifestyle ko but it change me a lot when I got the idea about this post.

Nabasa ko lang ulit kaya naisipan ko ishare, 1 year ago pasaway pa ko sa drinking lifestyle ko but it change me a lot when I got the idea about this post.
Mabuti na rin na post mo ulit malaking bagay ito sa iba
Sakin araw araw iniinom ko lang maligamgam bihirang bihira na lang malamig na tubig o inumin, nabasa ko kasi na nahihirapang e adjust ng ating katawan ang temperatura kapag may inilaman tayong malamig sa tiyan nagdudulot daw ito na parang bloated ang tiyan kapag puro malamig iniinom
 
Yeah, sarap pumupoo no hassle 'pag inugali po talaga ang warm and hot water. Sometimes I add a little grip of rock salt sa hot water, to kill the bacteria sa gut. Ayoko ng vinegar and I don't use refrigerator so I don't stock apple cider vinegar. Welcome po.
