Sa mga naka Home Prepaid Wifi po diyan. Legit po yung mag rerequest tayo sa Globe Telecom ng Unlocking code. Katatawag lang sakin ng isang Globe Customer Agent for almost 2 weeks na pangungulit ng code at dahil sa Memorandum from NTC . Binigay nga sakin. Di ko pa na try kasi andito pa ako sa office maya pagkadating ko sa bahay update ko to pero sabi naman ng kausap ko kanina tawag lang daw ako dun sa number if ever magka problema daw. iattached ko yung Memorandum at screenshot ng conversation namin ng globe telecom

The Memorandum Circular 01-05-2019 dated May 31, 2019, details the rules and regulations on unlocking of mobile phones and devices. Under the guidelines, a Public telecommunications entity (PTE) (Globe, Smart, etc) shall post on its website its clear, concise, and readily accessible policy on mobile phone or device unlocking.
PTEs shall unlock or initiate a request to the OEM To unlock the eligible device within 2 business days after receiving a request. An explanation should also be provided if the device does not qualify for unlocking or why the PTE needs additional time to process the request.

According to the memorandum, “PTEs that fail to comply with any of the obligations shall be a cause for the imposition of applicable penalties provided in subsisting laws, rules and regulations.” The policy will take effect on June 18, 2019, 15 days after its publication on June 3, 2019.

You can respond to them by quoting each of the item written on the Memorandum, it clearly states that unlocking is applicable for ALL devices including mobile phones ant prepaid/postpaid subscribers.
The memorandum has been around since 2019, the implementation day is 15 days* after the NTC released the Implementing Rules and Regulations just like on the new Sim registration law. You can file a complaint to the NTC and send the globe rep chats to them. Show that complaint when you chat Globe's Customer service, they will magically grant your unlock and admin account request.
