Help AWS Registration problem using Virtual Payment (GCASH Amex)

Ask lang po regarding AWS. May nakapagtry na po ba dito magregister sa AWS (Free tier) using GCASH American Express as payment method?
Nag-try po kasi ako pero fail po lagi e. Salamat po sa sasagot. Badly needed lang po para makapag try ng AWS Lambda an the other services of free tier po.
