Anyone with Side Project/Business with Monetization/Income while having a full time Software Development Job?

Sino ba may mga side projects or business dito na nag kaka side income na while meron full time job?
e.g. Online Store, Games, Mobile/Web Apps, etc

Pano ang handling nyo para trabahuin ang project with all other stuff like full time job, family, etc?
Nag marketing ba kayo before building the project like most advice from YøùTùbé videos and blogs?
Pwede nyo ba ishare ang journey nyo?
Any other advice?

Sa current situation ko po hindi pa po kasi starting palang ako pero good thing may kinita na ako na 320 pesos kahit prototype palang yung game.

Kung may team po kayang-kaya kahit hindi na magtrabaho siguro tingin ko kaya tapos investment sa legit crypto platform or stock market para consistent yung income.

You have a point kung may team at maka complete ng game pwede upload na din sa steam, then share sa FB, tapos kung may YøùTùbér na kilala pwede ipa feature sa video hahah. Wala lang akong FB at YøùTùbér na kakilala if ever may game ako hahaha

I've never thought about Itch kahit always ko nakita yan sa game dev subreddits ahaha. Thanks I will check out itch.
