For signal try using passive signal boosters(used on cars,) eto po ay merong 2 antennas high end(outside) saka low end (inside) they r connected with a wire... purpose of this is bringing signal to a hard to reach part of your housee meron din po active signal boosters and their îllégâl but i dont know any that is approved by telcoms or NTC
for internet hingi ka nalang po ng setting sa mga kaPHC : wala po ako alam eh
