Already take college units want to start as freshman

Hello po please need ko po ng advice. Nakapag take na po kase ako ng college units (23 to be exact). first sem lang siya pero gusto ko po mag aral sa state U sa susunod na taon. Nasa akin pa po yung form 137-A ko possible pa po kaya na makapag admission pa ako? Or mas ok na magdrop na Lang since Di pa po tapos first sem ko

hindi kaya magka problema in the future na hindi nadeclare yung unang university na pinasukan?

hindi. as long as sure kang walang copy ng form 137 yung first university mo, kasi permanent record mo yun.
