Acupressure Points For Eye Fatigue
As many of people adapt to a new reality of remote working lifestyles, we must learn and remember to take care of our eyes. Massaging acupressure points can help reduce the occurrence of eye fatigue, dry eyes, blurred vision, headaches, or other symptoms of eye strain.
There are tens of acupuncture points around our eyes, like shown in the picture on the left. I picked out a couple of the important ones here.
The Important

Point 1: ST2 -- Si Bai
Location: With the eyes looking straight ahead, directly below the centre of the pupil, in the depression at the infraorbital foramen.
Massage this points a few minutes with index fingers can increase blood circulation of eyes.
Point 2: BL 2-- Zan Zhu
Location: On the medial end of the eyebrow, directly above the inner canthus of the eye (on the supraorbital notch).
Massage this points a few minutes with index fingers
Points 3 and 4: KD3 and KD7
Location:
KD3:In depression midway between the tip of the medial malleolus and the attachment of the achilles tendon.
KD7: 2 cun ( 3 finger width) above KD 3 on the anterior border of the achilles tendon.
These two points are especially for dry eyes.
