Help B312-939 globe at home prepaid router issue

Im using this router via ethernet cable for my work from home. Not sure why during daytime the internet speed runs slow despite the fact that im getting full signal bars and the location is LTE capable. Is it because the make and model of this router is new which could be the reason why its still taking its time to establish a good and stable internet speed since its new? Or is there a possibility that the next firmware update would fix this? Should you have any suggestions to fix it. Please let us know. Thank you.

Ilan lang ba speed sa umaga ts? Ganyan din kase sakin hihina na pag 6am until 12am nasa 25kbps to 130kpbs. Minsan aabot mga 500kbps. Sa madaling araw 2mbps or up na yan. Natryko na rin ireklamo yan sa globe kaso wala. Inuulit lang sagot nila everytime na magreklamo ako which is bs talaga... and i think nakadepende lang yan sa location mo. Kase dun sa tinitirhan ko before 3mbps naman. Nung lumipat na kami almost NOkbps na 😂

Before ako bumili chineck ko talaga ang location if malakas ang LTE coverage or maybe hindi accurate ang globe website sa kanilang information. And besides, i think okay naman talaga ang globe sa area kasi same sa iyo, from 12am to 6am nag aaverage ng halos 7 to 12mbps ang speed. I think its either firmware update ang makakafix neto since bagong model or could be since kakaactivate lang maybe its still taking its time na mag establish ng magandang signal ang device nato

B310As-938 yung sakin and mag totwo years na to. but actually since lumipat kami sa bagong area ko, sobrang bagal nung connection. kahit google search lang it took up to about 2-5 mins bago mag fully loaded yung page until inereklamo ko na sa globe. it took months, maybe almost a year for the connection to improve little by little. and i think walang kinalaman ang device sa connection speed natin, kasi may pocket wifi din ako mga 6 or 7 years na and same issue lang din but a bit slower xD

Need mo admin settings Bro, tapos change mo ang prefer band signal. Sa akin, chinange ko ng Band 3 pero with external antenna ako ha para makasagap. Sa tingin ko 700Mhz signal mo pero congested dahil maraming gumagamit kaya mahina.

Watch this video if may external antenna ka, this helps kahit mag kaiba model.

Sir meron po yan sa likod ng router natatangal po ung takip kung saan nakadikit ung number ng sim. Ako din may problema sa b312 939 na modem nung feb. Almost march ko sya nabili sa globe nung una umaabot pa ng 20mbps ang speed kapag 9pm na ngayon nag april pinaka mabilis na ang 200kbps

nag hahanap din po ako ng admin access pero wala po ako mahanap baka po dahil sa bago palang po na model yan kaya po ganun, binabalak ko nga po na bumili ng antenna nya sa globe mismo pag tapos ng quarantine

B312-939? Kasi ung upload speed nya pag umaga hanggang hapon ay naglalaro lang sa 2-3mbps. I need to have 5mbps or more ksi. Please help me. Pra sa work from home ko po to.
