Try ko resseting bumabalik lang sya lagi sa pang tatlong picture ko. Baka may idea kayo paano ma format laptop ko.

yung ginagamit sa pag install ng OS...

ito download ka ng iso ng windows(pili ka ng version ni windows)..then download rufus...
gamit ka ng 8gb na usb the i rufus mo dun yung iso then boot on usb then the partition then install...

mahirap i explain rito mas maganda kung manood ka sa YøùTùbé

magbura ka muna unimportant files and try using Disk Cleanup
atleast 20 gb free space

bago mag reformat/ reset
