tips nga po para makatulog... sakit na ng mata ko pero diwa ko gising na gising pa.
 
turn bluelight filter on kapag nagccp, kase blue lights sends signals sa brain na umaga padin kaya di mag trigger ang antok :)
 
try mo kaya mag excercise un talaga super pagod at nanakit n katawan mo damang dama mo talaga pagod n pagod n bibigay n katawan mo sure tulog k agad dun pag ratay mo sa kama my benefits p s kalusugan mo db 😁😁😁
