Step 6) Wait about 5-10 minutes and then go to instagram and change your username to a different username.
Step 7) Now go back to yopmail and create a new email.
Step 8) Enter your new username and new email and repeat the steps over and over.

PS :> You can do this as many times as you want and you dont have to use a vpn or anything.
